Delta Groove is the home of yoga in Memphis. Whether you’re looking for kundalini, vinyasa, meditation, or yin yoga classes, we’ve got you covered at our cozy and inviting yoga studio in the heart of Midtown. 

Studio Class Packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Unlimited Studio Class Memberships start on the day of purchase & continue for one, three, six or twelve months per contract terms that you sign up for. Unlimited class Memberships include 20% off all healing arts services & most yoga workshops for the duration of the pass.

 

College students, seniors 60+, and veterans & active service members with a current ID receive a 15% discount on  drop-in classes, 5pk, 10pk, 20pk, and unlimited class passes.
