Reiki is an energy healing practice from Japan meaning “Universal life energy”. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes Reiki as a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above a person, with the goal of facilitating the person’s own healing response, and a return to a natural state of wholeness.
Recipients of Reiki report feelings of relaxation, well-being, reduction of pain and stress.
This practice has no religious affiliation, however, feeling a sense of your own inner spiritual connection is not uncommon.

SABRINA RODORIGO
RYT, Reiki Level 2
Sabrina facilitates guided Reiki sessions to promote stress reduction, emotional balance, and trauma release.
In your session, you’ll receive full energy balancing of your 7 chakras, sound healing, crystal healing, and meditation. This service assists with removing blocked energy and trauma within the body.
Reiki is offered from a trauma-informed perspective with a choice of hands-on or hands-off touch.
JATZIRY GREENFIELD
RYT, Reiki Level 2
We start each session with a consultation to help set the foundation for the healing.
In addition to the Reiki Healing, we may use aromatherapy, tarot cards, and singing bowls to enhance the session.

LYNDSAY GRAY
RYT, Reiki Master
Each appointment with Lyndsay is unique and catered to the individual and their needs.
She begins by guiding you to find a specific intention for your healing journey and then focuses on that throughout the session.
Lyndsay often brings in her expertise with crystal healing, singing bowls and aromatherapy to amplify relaxation and balance the energetic chakra system to create an overall healing process.
ARIELLE EARTHMAN
RYT, Reiki Master
Each session will begin with just planting seeds of what exactly the intention of the session will be.
I will be using stones, aromatherapy, and sound healing tools to enhance each session.
You are in charge of your own autonomy and are able to say hands on or off.
I am here to hold space for you. This space is filled with good energy and love.
