Reiki is an energy healing practice from Japan meaning “Universal life energy”. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes Reiki as a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above a person, with the goal of facilitating the person’s own healing response, and a return to a natural state of wholeness.
Recipients of Reiki report feelings of relaxation, well-being, reduction of pain and stress.
This practice has no religious affiliation, however, feeling a sense of your own inner spiritual connection is not uncommon.

Reiki is life force energy. I intentionally channel Usui (masculine energy) and Kundalini (feminine energy) to different areas of the body as needed.
This is a great treatment for anyone who is in pain or ill, needs help clearing and balancing chakras, wants to release negative energy and thoughts, and just wants to relax and rest.
This type of energy work is good for all the bodies: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, chemical, spiritual, etc.
LYNDSAY GRAY
RYT, Reiki Master
Each appointment with Lyndsay is unique and catered to the individual and their needs.
She begins by guiding you to find a specific intention for your healing journey and then focuses on that throughout the session.
Lyndsay often brings in her expertise with crystal healing, singing bowls and aromatherapy to amplify relaxation and balance the energetic chakra system to create an overall healing process.
ARIELLE EARTHMAN
RYT, Reiki Master
Each session will begin with just planting seeds of what exactly the intention of the session will be.
I will be using stones, aromatherapy, and sound healing tools to enhance each session.
You are in charge of your own autonomy and are able to say hands on or off.
I am here to hold space for you. This space is filled with good energy and love.
